Mad Maine Vintage Shop

This little blog will chronicle my ventures into selling vintage items in a local antique market.
My booth is called Mad Maine Vintage Shop - it features items inspired by a certain popular TV show,
and I am located in lovely Maine. Viva Vintage!

Fun Vintage Kitchen Finds

I like these vintage Pyrex coffee carafes, but they don't move very fast in my booth.  However, they do emphasize the look I am going for in my booth, so if nothing else it will be a stage prop.

Love these Mad Men style chrome serving dishes, and I have never come across this 3-tiered version before.  Would look so fab on a buffet!

This is another first for me - a pink plastic chopstick dispenser to  hang on the wall, with 20 plastic chopsticks included.  This would look so cute in the full-out retro pink-accented kitchen!

Finally another Pyrex find, this time a British mixing bowl with fun type (and measurements).  Says England in the bottom.  Not sure how this will do in my booth, but cool-looking it is (despite the crooked picture).

Which one is your favorite?

(Linking up for another round with a living space since I found these last Friday).

  1. When I looked at the chopstick holder, I thought it was for long matches - I've never seen anything like that before - neat!

    1. When I first saw it, I thought the same thing but thinking it was odd that it was pink. I have since seen similar ones online in some great Japanese kitchens :-)

  2. The pitcher is so cool! It took four months, but mine finally did sell.

    1. 4 months? That's a long time hanging around just being cute... My Tang pitcher was gone in a week, gotta find more of those, I guess.
