This little blog will chronicle my ventures into selling vintage items in a local antique market.
My booth is called Mad Maine Vintage Shop - it features items inspired by a certain popular TV show,

Tiles and Silver - each for $0.99

I found this game at Goodwill yesterday, which I had never seen before.  I learn something new every time when treasure hunting!  Check out the video below if you want to see more fun finds.

Have a great weekend!

  1. Those tiles would be awesome for craft projects!

  2. No flatware or pots and pans in my local Goodwills. The ones on the outside of the city have those items as do the other thrift stores, but never the Goodwills inside of the 3 Toledo stores. Makes me wonder.

I like to find things for crafters too. I sell a lot of bingo cards and chips. Crafters also like old building supplies.

  3. Good scores, especially the knives. I adore finding silverware because I will use them myself, they just make me feel special. I have a spooner filled with assorted teaspoons next to my coffeepot so I can have my pick. Some of the patterns are so very elegant. I'm not elegant by any means, but I love using that old silver. Unfortunately, I think it is getting harder and harder to find those lovely finds any more, especially at Goodwill. Drat, they have gotten wise to all us thrift chicks!!
